Steven Ginn

Award-winning Omaha Architect, Steven Ginn, is principal and owner of Steven Ginn Architects. Steven earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas, followed by a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.

Before founding his own firm in 2005, Steven spent time documenting and learning from indigenous architecture in numerous countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe. He also worked in Italy, assisting in the design and restoration of castle estate houses. Steven’s extensive travels have instilled a profound sense of worldliness and cultural sensitivity in his approach to architecture, allowing him to blend diverse influences into his designs. His time abroad also honed his ability to adapt to unique project challenges, fostering both innovation and a deep respect for local traditions and cultures.

Steven’s work masterfully balances delicate details with strong builds, creating environments that inspire joy through a sense of place.
